MAPE members are the backbone of Minnesota state government. My campaign is about ensuring your work is valued—not just in words, but in pay, protections, and respect. Together, we can build a more powerful, responsive, and united union.

Competitive Compensation

Fight for compensation packages that rival private sector equivalents

Secure strong COLA increases to protect against inflation

Advocate for targeted pay adjustments in hard-to-fill and high-skill roles

Protect pension benefit and enhance our deferred compensation options

Workload, Flexibility & Modern Work

Defend and expand telework and hybrid work options

Ensure manageable workloads by addressing chronic understaffing

Push for enforceable standards around overtime and on-call policy

Protect members from further arbitrary return-to-office mandates

Strong Contracts & Enforcement

Deliver clear, enforceable contract language—not vague commitments
